NOTE: I did not take any of these pictures (they are all from years and years before I started going to shows) and I really don't know much of anything about them, to be honest. I won the entire set as paper prints from someone on Ebay, and they were delivered with no identifying information about exactly when, where, or by whom they were taken. If you can shed some light on the matter, then please don't hesitate to send me an email. These are such terrific shots that I felt it was a shame not to go ahead and share them as-is, especially now that ANY kind of pictures or other material from Jimi's career are only going to become rarer and more precious to his fans as time goes on. I also know just how tricky it can be to get good pics at concerts, though (and even more so in the days before digital cameras!) so I'd really love to be able to credit the talented photographer or photographers who are responsible for them by name, too. (My tag on the scans is, as always, merely to denote that I was the one who went to the time and trouble to convert them from hardcopy to digital and upload them to the web for other fans to enjoy; it is not a mark of ownership or copyright in any way.)
Apparently the fishing for vampires thing isn't just a recent phenomenon...

Not sure whether this one is late 80's or early 90's, but hey, pics of him from the days when he was wearing his hair long are all too rare IMO, and additions are always more than welcome!
