I hadn't originally intended to scan this, but at one point in the
past, life dealt me a sharp reminder of how fragile material
possessions truly are. So I decided to make an electronic copy of it,
just in case something ever did happen to the original. And, if I was
going to scan it anyway, I saw no reason not to put it up on the site
while I was at it...
