Chord & Sorcery Message Board

This is the place to gather and chat with other Chord & Sorcery members about books, fanfiction, 80's music, hunky rock stars, and much, much more!

Most of the individual forums are not visible to non-members, however, and you must be registered to actually make posts. Furthermore, I got very tired of dealing with the dozens of spambots that would try to register as bogus users every single day when the board was still running on phpBB, so now that I've converted over to Simple Machines, I've simply turned user registration off to save myself the hassle. New members are still more than welcome, but if you would like an account at the C&S board, you will need to fill in this form, rather than using the "register" link on the board itself, and I will then manually add you as a user.

Now, I'm usually good about responding to requests in a timely manner, but since this isn't a fully automated process (and I'm not actually glued to my computer 24/7) please allow 48 hours for the creation of all new accounts. That said, however, you should receive an automated "welcome" email from the board as soon as your account is activated, so if it's been several days and you still haven't heard anything, try emailing me directly and I'll do my best to help you out.

NOTE: The Chord & Sorcery Fanfiction Archive has been removed, due both to a general lack of interest and some security concerns in regard to the eFiction script used to maintain it. A special limited-access forum has been created on the Message Board where I will post my own work, and I have left the Submission Guide up on the off-chance that someone else with a fic might happen along one of these days, but for the time being, the actual Archive is no more.
